Default Headphones for a Durango

I'm new to the forum so, Hello everybody. I just got a new Durango and I can't for the life of me get the headphones to work with the VES. I have replaced the batteries and hit the darn scan button about a zillion times. Any help with this would be nice. I figured they would just connect once the system was on.

Welcome to Dodge Forum!! I'm going to move this to the Durango Section so you'll get a faster answer.

Thanks for the idea. It turns out that I got the wrong headphones from the dealer. I went back and we tried three different part numbers until we found the ones that work. Now I can have quiet road trips with the kids.
