Default 5.7 Plugs

Getting close to the time to change plugs on the Hemi and was curious what was the best plug for this engine. Having a Dakota with the 4.7, I was warned about the platinum plugs, but was curious if the Hemi was affected in the same way...I've been leaning toward one of the Iridium type plugs...tia...traintrackker

I just put the factory champions back in it. Mine had 37K on them. Seems to idle a little smoother now. Have heard you might have problems with the more expensive plugs later down the road. It is a pain to change them so I played it safe.

My dealer wants $250 to change the plugs in my 04 Durango. OUCH! I've got about 48K on the originals.

My Dealer's Price was pretty close to the same price so I bought the plugs from them for a little over $3 ea. and installed them on my Ram this weekend. Wanst fun but not impossible. Took about 2 hours including cleanup. I used the Mopar - Champion Copper plugs that come stock in that engine knowing I wouldnt have any problems with them.
