Default Fan assembly missing bottom screws.

I was driving the D in a quite road and I heard a rattling sound coming from the front. Today I started to investigate the sound so I got my tools and slipped under the D. As I was looking around and trying to feel if any connection is loose or if a screw is not tight. I discovered the assembly of the fan that sits right behind the riadiator has two points at the top to hold the fan to the sub-frame and two points that also hold the fan assembly to the lower sub-frame. To my astonishment, the bottom points were not connected and there were no screws to hold the assembly. I had to chech the top screws and found them loose,
for the bottom I could not find the place for bottom screws. I believe this is a design defect and I am extremly surprised Dodge is lettinga new car out into the market with such defects. That gets me to really worry that a more seriuose parts could be also missing and if they are not connected right, it could really lead to a disaster. I am just curiouse to see if anyone has experinced or witnessed anything like this. I just bought the car one month back, I have an issue with the transmission and now this fan problem, i think I am just going to return the car.
