Default RE: part # for headphones

As far as I know all of the headphones are the same, whether its for a Durango, T & C, Grand Voyager, etc... So it should work.

Default Part numbers dont matter.

All the Dodge headphones are the same. I had a headphone breakdown last year, and did a lot of research on it. I looked on Ebay and visited my local dealer. Both had very high prices on the heaphones, but I learned that you can just go down to Best Buy and get an IR headphone . They are generic! But, here's the problem - IR Headphones are made for home stereo's, not a 125 degree car in the Florida summer. So, my Best Buy headphone didnt last long. I ended up going to http://www.audiovideo2go.com and purchased a set of dodge headphones for a reasonable price. They've lasted so far - although I do wish they were smaller. Why do automotive headphones have to look like they were built in the 1980's . I mean, really.....

i purchased an 05 D a couple weeks ago and was promised a new set of headphones from the dealer... they just came in today so i have the box w/part numbers..

Part no: 04685936AE
045 05
Made in China

This is exactly what the label on the top reads.. side of box reads the same part no., but also has "28046" below it, probably a lot number...

Hope it helps..
