I was going to get an after market rear diff. cover but noticed that thing attached to the center of the differential cover. It has arms going each direction, what the hell does it do?

 

Sway Control Linkage.Thereis a name for it, but right now got a bad headache and can't remember what he said. I wanted to do the same thing. My mechanic said I am stuck. I hope somebody else on here has found a way around it but doubt if an aluminum type cover could handle the force there.

I figured it was something for the Esp. I usually buy Mag Hy-techs and put them on right away. Looks like I'm s-o-l here. [&o]
