I need to replace my driver side (factory) fog lamp lens. I can't get the old one out.
Does the entire bumper have to come off? Any Help?

 

I think it may. I recently saw a D in a local body shop with the bumper cover off, and the fog lights were attatched to the bumper itself. Here's a link to the '04 factory service manual. It should give you the info you need.

 

Bumper cover needs to come off! Make sure you have the plastic rivets that are in the fender well to replace the old ones.
