Default axle ratio? 3.55 or 3.92?

I just bought my wife an 08 Durango Limited 4x4 with the Hemi. I am curious if it has the 3.55's or the 3.92's, where can I find the axle identifier? Is it located on a tag somewhere on the vehicle? It doesn't say on the window sticker and we are looking at a trailer, but want to know for sure on the axle ratio, so I can determine the towing capacity. Thanks guys.

The 3.55 is the standard. 3.92 is an option. call your salesman he can pull up the build sheet, and tell you. also look in your glove box. may be in there as well.

Larimer:

Also try looking behind the driver side rear wheel for a small white label wrapped around the axle tube. If there, it should tell you the ratio.

the other place to check is the back of the glove box, there should be a sticker saying what it is and other options
