Default plastic woodgrain...good job dodge

so my 04 rango has that ugly wood grain plastic piece around the radio and heat controls, just wondering how much of a pain in the *** it is to get that out so i can paint it...if any of your guys have done it could you kinda go through it step by step, i would assume that it involves taking most of the dash apart, just wondering the aggravation level involved in doing this. thanks

Usually the dash pulls apart very easy. It is usually just snappped in and you might have to take out one screw. I would talk with the dealer about a different color snap in piece before I painted it(may not look right)
