I bought a 2006 Durango SLT in june. This feature worked fine when I first got my baby. Well when you put it in gear it locks all of the doors but when I stop and open either the front doors it does not unlock the other doors anymore. I have tried to use the programming feature to turn it on and off but it acts like it wont program anymore. Is there some sensor that may have went bad? any help would be great. Its not a BIg deal just an annoyance.

 

Are the manuel child lock switch's activated inside the doors?

 

I didnt check that because I can hit the unlock button on the front doors and they will unlock and you can open them. It wont even unlock the front door either.

 

My auto unlock stopped working about 2 weeks ago. When I open the driver's door, the other doors no longer unlock. Did you ever find a solution?

 

There is program feature in the middle console that you can change many functions and one is for unlocking all or just the drivers side upon opening (exiting) the drivers side door,
