I just purchases a 2005 Durango with the NAV system. I have the DVD but have not figured out how to open the DVD tray? When I press the "NAV" button I get the message about no DVD installed please install it...

Any ideas before I head back to the dealer?

Right under the display is a long, thin cover labeled "Navigation Disc". On the upper left of this cover is a small little tab- use the tip of a pen, a small screwdriver or your fingernail to push down on the tab, and pull off the cover. You'll see the eject button, and the slot for the navigation DVD. Load the DVD, then replace the cover, right side first then snap in the left. Hope this helps!
