Default 2004 Durango SLT Overheating Problem

I have a 2004 Durango SLT 4.7. It has recently started overheating. No leaks. I have checked the fan clutch, antifreeze, fuses and relays. All seem to be ok. It usually starts getting hot when you are driving up a lengthy uphill grade or when hot outside temperature and running AC. I can turn the heater on full and it will drop the temperature needle some. Also, when I started it up and let it run a bit with the radiator cap off, there were no bubbles or anything as if it weren't circulating.
Has anyone else had any problems like these?

Chris

Is the fluid stock? It should be replaced per the service manual. You will be surprised to see how often it suggests you to change it.

If it is stock fluid, it has lost most of its cooling capacity and is simply hot fluid running through there.
