Default Power seats and mirrors

According to the owners manual for the '05 Durango, there is an option that the dealer can turn on which will automatically move the power drivers seat back a few inches for easy entry and exit upon opening the door and a feature that will move the power mirror down when shifting in reverse. Anyone know how to do this? The dealer wants to charge me $30.00 to activate these features.

That's BS if they want to charge you. Go find another dealer. I'd be pissed. The Mirror droop is buggy on mine, next oil change I'm gonna have it switched off.

The dealer I bought my '04 from does this for free.

The tilt down mirror does not work properly for many people, including me. It does not go to the correct ending or beginning positions. PITA. Turned it off. I put a wide angle spot mirror on my outside driver's mirror that covers both the ground and the blind spot. Problem solved. $3.

Moving the seat back was fine when I drove the car alone--a real problem when someone was sitting behind me and got body parts crushed with no way to stop the rearward travel. Turned it off.
