so i was talking to a buddy of mine who is a bit of an enthusiast. he said the 8 passenger version of the d is pretty rare any of you others got an 8 passenger???

 

I quess if mine did not have bucket seats (middle console) in the second row that you might be able to fit three people in the second row. As far as the third row, it would be a very tight fit for three people,

mine has 8 seatbelts and so does the one my friend owns. up here not so rare i guess.

 

I have an 8-pass D: 2006 5.7L AWD. It took a lot of looking to find one when I was shopping earlier this year. 8-pass is less common than 7-pass in my anecdotal used-car shopping experience (different 3rd-row configuration). Even more rare with the 5.7L & AWD.

 

well , there is four used durangos in my home town.
3 are 7 passengers and 1 is a 8 pass.
guess i got lucky , maybe 8 pass are rare???
