Angry Loss of Power

I recently had my throttle sensor replaced due to rpm jumping and vehicle shutting off, then last week I had the driver side exhaust leak fixed while at the same time my engine light was on. A reputable shop couldnt pin point the problem and told me to take it to the dealer for the codes it was giving him. Needless to say the dealer has had my truck now for two days and they replaced the map sensor which killed the check eng. light but they are at a loss for why the truck still has no power (get up and go)..can anyone help?
