Unhappy Dodge 7/70 Powertrain Warranty

Looking for opinions or experiences on whether or not Dodge will cover a leaking transfer case on my wifey's 05 Durnago ST under the powertrain warranty? Newly discovered this afternoon during an oil change, the leak appears to be coming from a seal where the yolk of the driveshaft mates with the transfer case. Transfer Case Oil level is still OK but I'm thinking it's of those things that will rear up and bite ya if it's not addressed fairly shortly.

Wanted to see what you Dodge gurus think ?

why do you think they would NOT cover it?

origional owner, vehicle not modified, reasonable good shape, they need work in these troubled times...

I do not see how it would hurt to bring it to them in order to see if it is under warranty. If not, well then that is another problem,

If you are under on your miles, no issues.
