Radio CD/NAV stopped working

Looking for any info on this problem! My radio turns and displays and NAV works fine. However there is no sound from speakers. Any ideas?

I am not familiar with the new nav setups. Seems Chrysler is changing it every year lately.

Is there a mute button? There is one on my Alpine aftermarket headunit.

Try to cycle through the menu on the faceplate or on the DVD player if equiped,
