FIRST OF TWO PROBLEMS IS THAT THE FRONT BLOWER ONLY WORKS ON HIGH SETTING THE SECOND IS THE REar works on all settings but only blows cold air, the setting is on hot both front and rear, dont know what to do can someone help

weird, I would like the answer to this because I Just noticed this issue with mine as well.

 

I believe it could be the blend door. Here is a link:

There is a search function in the black menu bar on top that you can type 'blend door durango' or 'no heat durango' for more threads that may help,
