Default brake caliper rotor question

Hey there;

I have an 05 D 4.7 88,000 miles
Time for changing out brakes and to have rotors cut.

When I took the pads off I noticed the inside pad wearing un-even like if the one of the pistons had been applying more presure than the other. So I took the front rotors in to have them cut, one of the front rotors was discolored, blueish, the guy at the shop said looks like your riding the brakes, excessive heat on the rotors. I know I don't ride hard so this brings me to my question what could be wrong?

I plan on bleeding the brake system next weekend.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Maybe your caliper is sticking or the slides were not lubed well enough,
