Hey I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on going about getting better MPG and/or more power. I was thinking about doing an Air Intake on it and maybe an Exhaust. Any Ideas?

That is a good start for power augmentation. You could get exhaust headers that will work in tamden with the cold air intake (more air in, more air out) as the stock mnaifold is restrictive. Diablo makes tuners that will change the engines parameters to enhance MPG as well as horsepower. If you have a 5.7L you can also get ported cylinder heads with a higher lift and more aggresive cam from www.inertiamotorsports.com . I would start with a cold air intake, exhaust headers, and a cat-back exhaust system. then add the ported and polished heads, cam, springs, then you must use a tuner or the PCM (computer) will make the Durango idle too rough or constantly stall. A supercharger would be the last upgrade,
