Default Big wheels - Small spare tire ??

Hello,

I have a 2005 4x4 Limited.
I had the stock 17's on my truck but I recently purchased 22's with 305/45/22 tires making the overall diameter bigger than factory.
My question is... in case of an emergency, can I still use the factory spare tire safely?
Could I drive with the spare tire slow for few miles in case of a flat?

Thoughts?.

I would guess that it would bind up your AWD system as each wheel must be in a certain tolerance of each other. I would buy a steel 22" wheel and a cheap tire,

or find a tire with the same diameter as the 22's
