Default Wheel fitment question - 2005 to 2008

Anyone know any reason why the chrome 17" wheels from a 2005 Durango wouldn't fit on a 2008 Aspen or Durango (Aspen in my case). I don't know what the backspacing is of either wheel at the moment, so that would be one concern. Anyone know? The other concern is if they would fit around the brakes. Did the brakes change from '05-'08, or are they different between Durango and Aspen? Any other issues you can think of?

I'd be going from factory 265/50/20 to a 265/65/17. There would be barely any difference in circumference (95.59 versus 96.00"), and the speedo would only be off by .3 (59.7 mph at 60 mph). Also very little difference in the overall diameter (30.43 versus 30.56). This diameter difference is even less concerning if you consider that the factory 18's that where also available in 2008 where 265/60/18 - 30.51" diameter.

Thanks for the help.

I just remebered that my factory spare is a 17" steel wheel. So that tells me that there probably isn't any issue with brake fitment going from the 20 to a 17.

Any other concerns you can think of?
