6 Disc RAQ Radio

Is a Dodge 'RAQ' 6Disc radio the same as a Chrysler or Jeep 'RAQ' 6Disc radio? Are they the same? Would they all fit my '04 Durango the same?

My brother-in-law has a 2005 Jeep Laredo and it is the same as my 2007 Durango. I would imagine they are all the same,

From what I can see, they should all work the same. I wonder if anyone has bought a Jeep or Chrysler OEM radio and popped it into a Dodge or vice versa and it worked...
