ww.dodge.com has it under 'for owners' tab (top right). Then in 'servicing my vehicle' in the middle of the next page is the 'service / owners manual'. Plug in your vehicle and year and download the PDF:

thats an owners manual- theres a difference between a service manual and an owners manual.. the service manual is for a mechanic
