OZ:
The 04-05 Hemi gets 5w30, and 06 and newer get the 5w20 because of the MDS system.

I run Mobil 1 in my 04 because it is reasonably priced and handy at Wally World. ~$22 for a five quart jug. Three jugs will get you 2 oil changes. I also like the OEM filter there at WW for ~$5.

One plug is on the stroke side and one plug is on the exhaust side for emissions,

OZ:

As FF says, it is an emissions issue. While one plug is fired on it's cylinders compression stroke, another plug on an opposing cylinder is fired on the exhaust stroke to make sure as much of the mixture in that cylinder gets burned up before it exits and heads for the cats.

I think its kind of a neat feature myself.
