Hello-

I am writing because I had some side rails put on my new (used) '09 Durango. When I got the vehicle home I noticed that them moulding trim at the bottom where the mounting assembly for the rails is was missing. The dealership claims that there is no stock, or after market product for this problem. Now I have seen a lot of vehicles with nerf bar style rails and not once have I ever seen the mounting assembly for those rails visible and exposed to the elements. I could really use some help trying to source either the moulding or an after market trim to bolt on.

well i talked to the dealership again today and sent them pictures of the mounting assembly and yeah, they are going to do something about it. problem solved i guess.
