Good vibrations?

My problem's simple. I have an '03 Durango that makes a ticking noise but it only does it when it's in gear and in some instances the truck vibrates real bad. What can be the cause of this?

its a u joint just replaced mine yesterday same tick gone and vibration gone!! (REAR DRIVE SHAFT)
