rear window button not working

rear window button not working
In my 2005 durango the passenger window in the rear only works when the person in the rear pushes the button. When I try to put the window down from my drivers side console it goes down, but won't go up.
Do I need to replace the whole console. I was going to try to have a look, but not sure if the console just prys out or if there is something that might snap if I force it. In need of some help.
