Is it possible to mount a srt-10 (2006) bumper cover on a 2004-05 Durango?

No it is not a direct bolt on.

With that said, with enough money, time and effort, you can do anything.

What is the difference size? The actuall bumper? Do you think a body shop could do a whole bumper swap to get the cover to fit?

I think the Ram is wider by a few inches. Not much, but not a fit.
