I changed my shocks to Bilsteins at 30,000 miles and will replace them in another 30,000 along with the spark plugs,

I had a nasty front-end clunk on my '07.
The guy at the shop checked EVERY nut/bolt on it after it went back in for the 3rd time (2nd time was for new shocks to replace the ones that had a "dead-spot" in them).
The clunk was always on the passenger wheel, after you let off the brakes, at low speed.
Turns out the brakes were working fine, but the caliper assembly needed to be lubricated. When you let off the brakes, it wouldtake a long time to release and it would rattle on the rotor.
It was worse when it was colder.. and it sounded like driving on a rim that had loose lug nuts.
As with most things in life, a little bit of lube was all it needed.

Mine made noise over small bumps and was very difficult to diagnose. I replaced my lower ball joints for nothing. It turned out to be the driver's side sway bar end link. All better now.

My 2004 SLT Hemi at 65k has the same clunk. I am thinking either sway bar bushings and or end links as well.

Our 05 Caravan has a similar noise, and bushings and end links were the cure.
