Well mine is back to not unlocking automatically and I have tried to reprogram it ending with the key in the on and off position. I'm still having the gas tank overfill problem too but only at about every 5 fill ups. The dealership said that they could not get it to overfill for them. This stuff is so complicated.

My 2006 would not program, despite following the instructions set out in the manual. The Dealer was able to do it right away. They told me that the manual is incorrect, and that the door locks have to be programmed by them! Who knows? They also stated that if the car loses power the locks will have to be reprogrammed again. I believe a later version of the 2006 is reprogrammable by the owner, but not the first versions of that model year.

With respect to your second issue. If the gas tank is causing you problems, I would shoot a video of it. Today, most everyone has cell phones, most equipped with videos or cameras.

Default Got it to work...manual is incorrect

I read on another forum that the instructions in the manual were incorrect. The manual instructs to stop programming in the "off/lock" position, and then pressing the unlock button. However, that never worked for me.

The motorist in the other forum, advised to stop the programming in the "on" position, and then to press the unlock button. In other words, turn the switch on and off more than 4X, then stop while the switch is in the "on" position, and then press the unlock button. After doing that, I got a "chime" which sounded more like a beep, but the programming worked.

Default I forgot to mention

I turned the key 5X, and was careful to follow all other directions in the manual perfectly with the one exception above.

If your vehicle has the overhead console there are two buttons on the left side that will let you view average MPG, change the language, trip time, wipers on with lights, mirror tilt when in reverse, seat move back for easy exiting, ect. I have a 2007 Limited with the 5.7 liter Hemi, so this may not be available on all trim levels.

No, I don't think it is. I've got an '06 SLT Hemi that just goes thru the MPG, miles vs kilometers, etc. Sounds like a nice package to have tho.
