Are you having any driveability issues? P codes in the 400-460 range can indicate EGR
issues.
The valve itself can fail, as well as the position sensor on it.
The valve is not that hard to replace, nor that pricey if this is the issue.
Chrysler seemingly had a rough time with 04/05 EGR valves for many of its vehicles during that period.
