Hemi Tick Tick Sound (Spark Plugs Knocking) Sound

I see an issue right away. The MDS cylinder shutdown system in your Hemi engine requires 5w20 oil to work properly. I have not heard of any exceptions to this rule for any reason.
If the factory (as in Chrysler/Dodge) in Detroit say its ok, then ok.
Otherwise, first thing is to get that 30w out of there and put the 20w in.
Granted, if the only issue the 30w would cause would be no MDS operation, that might end up being a sacrifice you have to make in your climate.

MDS gets engaged, but the sound. might this help better understand. (I had 91 chvey caprice before & it startd giving same sound + less power + heatup problem, my guy told me that the distributor needs to be adjusted. He adjusted and everything got fine. Hemi does not have distributor or plugs wire its coil system.)
I will tomorrow change oil with mopar 5w-20. any brand recommendations???
I cleaned the fuel system using fuel injector cleaner. I am also thinking of cleaning throttle body. here in saudi its always sandy & dusty. this parts effetced most.
its annoying gargling sound, without any code or problem. I don't like to hear sound in cars i love & hemi is my second love,,,,,,

Do give the 20w oil a try, and then get back to us with the results.
You are correct that the Hemi doe not have a distributor, but it does have plug wires.
The 4.7L engine does not have a distributor, or plug wires. It uses Coil on Plug ignition whereby each plich has a coil directly on top of it. 8 coils for 8 plugs.
The Hemi has 8 coils for its 16 plugs. Two plugs fire at once. The one the active coil sits over fires on the compression stroke, while another plug on the opposite bank fires on its exhaust stroke to lower emissions by more fully burning the remains in that cylinder.

Hi guys
No stud broken..I have loosen & tighten all of them..one of the blogs i found, which is talking about idler pullies & belt tensioner. blog says that if there is humming noise during start or high rpm test. this sound will be when driving due to bad bearings....
any more ideas please....

Listened to your video, and could barely hear what you are hearing. At this point, I am running out of thoughts about it.
When you are rolling down the road and hear the sound, try putting trans in neutral and see if the noise get better or worse.
When doing this, if the noise gets worse as you rev the engine a bit, then it should not involve the power train.
Then, looking at belts, belt driven accessories, and idler pulleys etc sounds like the next logical step.
