Hello, Im new on here and needed some help with a prob im haven with my 07 dodge durango! ok so I had 2 do a few things in town 2day and when I got there I locked the durango with the lock pad on my keyring, well when I went 2 get back in it it would not unlock, so I unlocked it with the key and opened the door so of course this set the alarm off, so 2 stop the alarm I started my car well it didnt work so I cut it off and started it again it worked the alarm cut off, ok so then I went 2 put it in gear and it cut off. so I started it again and it cut off again it did that about 4 times it woul start for a few sec and then cut off.. well now it will not start at all.. when I turn the key over the radio and lights will still work and the windows will roll down and my gps turns and the red alarm light will flash so does anyone know what is going on???? Iv have done everything i can think 2 do to fix it... please help

You may have either a bad battery in your key or a broken clip inside it. Your truck isn't recognizing the key and the security system is kicking in. Just one possibility.
