Default New noise with flowmaster cat back

Just bought a 2006 limited with the 5.7. I put a Volant CAI and flowmaster cat back on it. Problem now when driveling down the road and I'm thinking the MDS kicks in it has a very bad tone. Sound almost like air getting pumped into the exhaust or almost sounds like a miss. Then give it a little gas and it go's away. Is there a cure for this???

You had two things that you removed? The muffler in the center, and the resonator in the back? With out the resonator in the back in mine, though I don't have a cat back (straight piped off the manifolds to just a flowmaster muffler and piped to the back) it sometimes sounds like it is rattling. I was told by the shop that I should be able to buy and install a small aftermarket resonator or glasspack and it would cure the problem. Though I can't imagine why you should need something like one of those when the catbacks sold are so damn expensive and I imagine well tested without an additional resonator.
