Twice today, my durango stalled while my wife was driving it. Both times it started back up no problems. I just had the trans filter and fluid changed on tuesday. I read other threads that said an improperly installed filter can cause stalling. Is that the most likely cause, seeing as it was just replaced?

If you were not having the stall issue before the trans service, I would look closely at that angle first.

Hopefully, the servicing person went back in with either Mopar or Valvoline ATF+4.

How many miles on your D, and which engine does it have?

It has 74000 miles and its the 5.7. I'll call the dealer and see what they say about it.
