Default Replacing the Throttle Position Sensor

I am having issues with the idle fluctuating between 600 and 2000 while in park. Usually after inital startup. All information is pointing to the TPS. Need to know where this is located so that I can replace it. (Not used to these newer engines, miss the old ones where I could look and tell.)

On the 5.7 it's integrated into the throttle body, need to replace that. On the 4.7, it just attaches to the throttle body.

4.7 found it right on the outside. Thanks for the info. Got it changed last night, now to see if it fixed my problem.
