Default Thinking about new exhaust......

I was thinking about putting a new exhaust sys on my 04 4.7L Durango. Was wondering what other people have put on. Friend said straight pipes, but don't think that would work. Any ideas???

Are you talking just cat-back? if so id go with Magnaflow, it has (to me) the best flow, and best sound out of all of them for the money (Borla is another great option at triple the price). If I had my way, I would do Header on back, Hedman Hedders, back to a high flow cat, and a magnaflow exhaust.

The stock cat **is** a high flow cat and headers on a 4.7 are like **** on a boar. Useless.

OP, Is your goal performance, sound or what? Straight pipes are for the 70s, not 2011.
