Default Clunk sound while turning at slow speeds

While driving the other day I heard a clunk come from under the Rango while turning at slow speeds (under 10mph) That is the only time it is present, or atleast the only time you can hear it within the vehicle. Anyone else have this happen to them? I can't diagnose it because i can't visibly see anything wrong under the vehicle, and when I have my wife drive it by me and turn it doesn't make the noise. She hears it and I hear while we drive, and it happens to both of us (so its not just my driving haha!) So any thoughts? or recommendations on where to look? btw 06 Rango Limited AWD

Usually means bad u-joint(s) or ball joint(s). Definitely worth getting looked at, if those give out completely, major bad things can happen...

There were other threads about a similar noise and it was the sway bar bushings,
