Performance Chips?

Do they really do anything?

I just bought a 2006 5.7 SLT w/ 54K on it. I was wondering if the chips really help fuel at all or if they are just bogus?

"Chips" are very bogus. The only thing that really does anything for our vehicles are programmers, like the Superchips, SCT, Bully Dog, etc.
