Head set difference

Can some one give guidance on this question. I have to replace the heads from my 2007 4.7 durango, I got a spare set from a 4.7 2004 are they the same? My engine vin is N. Please help.

I had the same issue and ended up going into the dealer. They were able to tell from the VIN what I needed. Might have to give them a call.
