I have a 2004 Dodge Durango that when I try to change where the air blows it doesn't. The **** turns to every setting, but it never changes where the air actually blows out of. Has anyone ever had this problem? Looking for some ideas as to what might be the problem and how to fix it.

Could be as simple as a loose connection on the rear of the controller, or as involved as a blend door problem requiring removal of the whole dash to access it.

Does the fan control work? Does the control that moves the temps from hot to cold work?

Both the temperature adjustment and the fan adjustment work just fine. It's just the part that controls where it blows that is not working.
