Bottom front shock bolt

How do i get the bottom shock bolt out???? The front stabilizer bar (name??) is in the way.

Its an 06 Durango 2 wheel drive

The easiest way to get the bolt out is to get both front wheels off the ground (Use jack stands). Unbolt the sway bar from the end links and swing the sway bar & end links out of the way.
