Default Intake Manifold Air Temperature (IAT) sensor Relocation

So I am going to be attempting to remove the Hemi "dunce" hat from my 2005 Dodge durango 5.7, and replace it with pvc pipe from the intake box to the TB. My problem is that the IAT sensor is located in the Hemi hat. Any ideas on where and how to relocate the sensor? Anyone know of a coupling or section of tubing that serves the sole purpose of housing the IAT sensor that I can link between the pvc piping? Thanks ahead of time for the help.

If you buy a cold air intake, they have the sensor bung already on it. Maybe their picture would help in relocating your sensor.

I know of the general location but my problem is more of the "how" side of it.

A few guys in the Ram sections make their own CAI and there are threads in those sections about the build.
