Default Water Leaking into interior

05 Durango HEMI limited w/ factory roof rack and sunroof.

I have a leak. The water is first noticed at the headliner just above where the drivers seat belt trim cover meets the headliner. The water than migrates down onto the seatbelt. This is all happening behind the trim panel.

The truck lives outside in Seattle so it sees alot of rain and lots of dirt and goo build up from all the trees that shed crap all over.

I could use some thoughts on finding the source.

Sunroof - I can't seem to locate or notice any drains that might be plugged up nor can I see and water build up.

Roof Rack - I have no idea how the rack is attached to the body. Rack is very solid.

Rubber molding - Lots or goo between body and rubber. Are there little rubber nubs that protrute into the body?

Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

There were other threads similar to this and it was because the sunroof drain tubes were clogged.
