I too have an 04 Durango ST (no third row). Ours started running hot within the past year and a half or so and we have replaced - fan clutch, water pump, thermostat, radiator cap...it still would over heat, and then noticed it was leaking antifreeze. It was leaking from the auxiliary pump, which we paid to replace, but it did not help the overheating. We then flushed the radiator to no avail. Then first things first (again), and went to the radiator itself. Replaced it, and it runs cool like it should!! There are two radiators to choose from. One is a basic and the other is more heavy duty...went with heavy duty...not much price diff. and living in TX we need all the help we can get. So far so good...it has run hot a couple times since, but both times the heater took it down very quickly, and it was low on fluid. Hoping it's not another issue, and maybe just more water than coolant that is evaporating and needs replaced. Fingers crossed!!! - oh and the aux pump was front passenger side of truck close to radiator...Good luck!!
