New computer installed and the code would come on and off. Looked around a bit and found the wires that run under the drivers side under the front door. Moved them around and the fuel gauge came crashing down so i kept investigating and it ended up being a semi unplugged harness. Plugged it back up and code went away. Passed emissions and all is well thanks for the help guys
