Durango 2004 4.7 liters
I went to dealer to check misfire.
They recommend new pcm
replace pcm and still black sout on plug #3
smell gas on plug but still misfire
new plugs on engine new air filter
could it be injector.
no error code
No check engine light on

You might try moving the suspect injector to another cylinder and see if the mis goes with it. You may have bad ignition coil on that cylinder which can also be swapped with another one to see if the issue moves.

How many miles on the D? Don

Replace 2 new coils on #1 and #3
check spark on plug #3 good spark
when i disconnect the the coil on #1 drop rpm
when disconnect coil #3 engine does not drop
i check the wire with test light it shows power to coil
must be injector
How hard to change injector on durango 2004 4.7 liters?????????
