where's the trailer wire connector

I have 2004 Durango that has a tow button on the shift lever
I'm looking for the trailer wire connector located to have the wire harness install.

IIRC, it is taped to another harness under the dash to the left of the steering column and has a light blue connector...the factory brake controller harness will plug right in (had an 04 Dakota, should be the same..)
