Default ESP/TSC light on when turning

Hi guys, I need your help and advice. Lately, the ESP/TSC indicator light gets on when i give a narrow turn, like in a parking or in a 90 degree corner. Doesn't makes any wierd noise or movement, just the light. Obviously only happens at low speed (turning narrow at high speed would be.. well fatal).

When i star turning nothing happens, but at the middle of the turn, when the steering is more twisted, the light appears, and when the steering starts to return to its place, the light dissapear.

My D is stock except for the bigger tires 265/70 18, the brakes are good, and has new tie rods, alignment, steering fluid and diff fluid are ok. Any advice will be great. thanks

There is a TSB for this very thing, at least for my '06. Supposed to be just a computer reflash, but my dealer says they did it...problem remains.

New update. Now my D has begun to make some grinding noise when turning, not too much, but you can hear it if pay attention. Also is making a little shriek when i push the brakes in the passenger front tire, and brakes are good as new.

My guess is that the passenger wheel hub is worn, and as the ESP sensor is attached to inside of it, the wear in the inner hub might be the cause of the lose of signal from the wheel to the computer, also for the sound when apply the brake if someting moves a bit.

I'll disasemble the whole tire, brakes and remove the hub to check, and will post the news.
