Default Engine Issues!

I recently received a letter from Chrysler saying that my check valve in my 2005 Dodge Durango's fuel tank needed replaced so I took the vehicle to the dealer and had them replace it. Everytime I would fill up with fuel the fuel would come shooting back out. After they fixed the issue the vehicle ran fine for a day then the check engine light came and the vehicle stalled on the road. I took the vehicle to autozone and had them check the codes. Here are the codes that were given: P061C (electronic throttle control ETC level 2 RPM), P0300 (cylinder misfire detected-random cylinders), P0315 (crank sensor condition) , and p0340 (cam sensor condition). If they got something into my fuel system or if installed the part wrong would it cause these codes?

I would have a mechanic (not the dealer) look at it and I would assume the codes are not related to the gas tank purging fuel.

Maybe water getting into the coil packs because of the cowl being defective.
